Policy

Kynda Live Recording, Video, and Photography Policy.
Kynda encourages fans to record live performances and physically or electronically freely distribute copies to help the spread of Kyndas music. Please be Kynd and use these recordings for non commercial purposes only.
Please come to Kynda shows with all your recording gear and set up in any area that is respectful and not intrusive to others in attendance at the show. (venue restrictions permitting) Occasionally you MAY be able to convince a sound guy to give you a sound board feed, but please be respectful and only ask once.
(venue restrictions permitting) Kynda also encourages photography and videography at all shows. Once again, please be respectful with your flashes. Same provisions apply. All media must be used for non commercial use. We ask that you please submit copies or electronic links for any great media you derive from a Kynda performance. The band reserves the right to use any derived media for promotional purposes royalty free. Photographers will be given credit for all media used for promotional purposes.
Thanks,
See you at a Show soon!
